To ensure their safety during travelling, succulents are dried to avoid rot. They might look wrinkled or "thirsty" upon arrival, that's completely normal. It is NOT because they are unhealthy. Plant them as soon as you receive them, give them a good watering, they should plump back up once roots are established.
